Codes of Honor is a tale of two women from the Middle East and America whose worlds collide.  A Texan socialite turned Marine, Suzy Pennybaker returns from serving a tour in Afghanistan determined to make a difference in the lives of women. She agrees to fund a secret shelter for battered refugee women in Lebanon founded by Ranya Al-Huriya, a charismatic Arab feminist and widow.  Haunted by violence, their parallel lives begin to intersect in ways that neither woman expects.
